no complaints whatsoever, liked my such great stay and would like to stay there on the next trip. i was happy with hotel's beautiful and great location in the middle of jackson. location: the venue was really close to temecula wine country as well as the mountains. plus, it was 15 minutes by car to leoness cellars winery. the staff members were amiable and suggested local places.

While labeled as adults only, we heard a toddler crying , unexpected given the hotel's focus on adult guests. The walls are quite thin. The bed lacked the support we hoped for, leading to sore backs in the morning. Breakfast options were mostly self-serve, lacking variety for vegan diets, and clarity about the offerings would have enhanced our experience.

Amazing stay in wine country!

We had such a blast! The spot is amazing, and our room was clean and comfy. Arrianna was super chill. We loved the outdoor dining area, perfect for sipping wine! One bummer was it got a bit noisy outside at night. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The stay was enjoyable, particularly because of the spacious room with two patios that had stunning views over the wine country. I loved that there were numerous dining options available, including the outdoor kitchen for cooking. The remote check-in worked smoothly, and the hot tub was a nice touch, even though the pool wasn’t warm enough to enjoy at the time. I found the use of plastic utensils and paper plates a bit off-putting for such a beautiful setting.

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The views over wine country were just amazing. And that hot tub, man, we loved it. It seemed like we had a whole private residence to ourselves, and the staff was super responsive, like they were always just a call away to help us out.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but we figured, you pay for quality, right?

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
